Heavy Pack Guarantee

The Heavy Pack Guarantee
A "Heavy" call is a probability, not a promise — and we put our own money behind it. If a pack we sold you as Heavy opens without a hit, you don't eat the loss. Here's how it works, start to finish.
Why we guarantee it
We weigh every pack in-house, and we only call one Heavy when the scale says the odds favour a holo. But a scale only reads what's physically inside a pack, and the old factories were never perfect — once in a while a heavy pack still comes up empty. Instead of hiding behind "no method is exact," we simply cover the miss. That's the entire point of this guarantee.
What "Heavy" means
A Heavy pack is one we expect to hold a holographic card — or something rarer still. Many sets printed chase cards that outrank an ordinary holo, and those absolutely count. Pull a Shining, an EX, a Gold Star, a Lv.X, or a Secret Rare in place of a standard holo and your Heavy pack has done its job.
The seal is the proof
Before any Heavy pack leaves us, we fix a tamper-evident KeepItSealdz seal across it. That seal is the backbone of your guarantee: intact, it proves the pack reached you exactly as we sent it; broken off-camera, there's no way for either of us to verify what happened. Treat the seal as part of the deal.
Opening a Heavy pack — do this exactly
Because that seal has to be verified, a claim lives or dies on your video. Film it right and a miss is fully covered.
-
1
Camera rolling first
Start recording before you even pick the pack up.
-
2
Show the seal unbroken
Get the intact KeepItSealdz seal clearly on screen before you break it.
-
3
One unbroken clip
Break the seal and open the pack in a single continuous take — no stopping, no editing, no second attempt.
-
4
Fan the cards
Spread the full contents on camera at the end, then send us the clip. We handle the rest.
If it misses
A documented Heavy miss is on us. Take whichever you prefer:
- A replacement pack worth what you paid,
- Your money back, or
- Store credit for the same amount.
Open it whenever you like
There's no expiry. Sit on a Heavy pack for a week or for a decade — the guarantee holds, as long as the opening follows the steps above.
One note for the long-holders: coverage is tied to what you originally paid. If a pack has climbed in value since your purchase, any refund is settled at that original price, and we won't substitute a like-value replacement in that case.
Where it doesn't apply
- The camera started after the seal was already broken.
- The footage was cut, paused, or edited.
- The seal arrived damaged or missing and it wasn't flagged before filming.
- The pack wasn't bought directly from KeepItSealdz.
