3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. 

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 (within the NA only).
- For orders under $200, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the items.
- For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the items in your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

- For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional customs duties, taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by your country are not in our control and are the responsibility of the customer. - KeepitSealdz is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or any other issues related to international shipping

7. Optional Shipping Protection

To better protect your order, KeepitSealdz offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout.

Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

  • If Shipping Protection is selected at checkout, KeepitSealdz will assist in resolving the issue and may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if the package is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • If Shipping Protection is declined (unchecked), the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once the order has been dispatched.

  • By choosing not to add Shipping Protection, you acknowledge and agree that KeepitSealdz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or after delivery.

  • Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, KeepitSealdz cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages.

We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection to ensure your order is fully covered during transit.

 8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office if your package has not arrived as expected.

If your package was lost or stolen before being marked “delivered,” please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
