Sun & Moon Base Set Booster Box

Sun & Moon Base Set Booster Box — 2017. The box that launched the Sun & Moon era and introduced Pokémon-GX.

Released in February 2017, the Sun & Moon Base Set is the first expansion of the Sun & Moon series. This sealed booster box contains 36 factory-sealed packs, each with 10 cards and 1 basic Energy. The Sun & Moon Base Set marks one of the most significant transitions in Pokémon TCG history — retiring Pokémon-EX in favour of the new and powerful Pokémon-GX mechanic. Featuring Solgaleo-GX, Lunala-GX, Lapras-GX, Espeon-GX, and Umbreon-GX, the set launched an era that would define Pokémon collecting for the next three years.

Over 8 years old with a permanently fixed supply. Sealed Sun & Moon Base Set booster boxes are foundational pieces of the GX era collector market.
